“Classical at the Center” Chamber Music Series with Alliance Classical Players

The Alliance Classical Players join us at the Rome Art and Community Center for their Summer 2023 “Classical at The Center” Chamber music Series. There will be three concerts in the series each featuring various artists and music. All three concerts are FREE and open to the public.

Five musicians from ACP who have performed together in the long-standing quintet
Jewel Winds present a lively concert of American and Latin-American inspired works.
On the program are Bernstein’s Mambo from West Side Story, the ever-popular Tico
Tico by Abreu, Eight Brazilian Folksongs by Villa-Lobos, along with music of Amy Beach,
John Steinmetz, Bill Douglas, William Grant Still and more! The concert is FREE and open
to the public.
