“Classical at the Center” Chamber Music Series with Alliance Classical Players

The Alliance Classical Players join us at the Rome Art and Community Center for their Summer 2023 “Classical at The Center” Chamber music Series. There will be three concerts in the series each featuring various artists and music. All three concerts are FREE and open to the public.

Travel Notes
Alliance Classical Players has a terrific concert planned for its 2023 season opener! The concert starts with Richard Rodney Bennett’s Travel Notes 2 for wind quartet, followed by the ever-exciting overture to Mozart’s Marriage of Figaro. The beautiful “Idyll” by George Butterworth, On the Banks of Green Willow, follows and the concert concludes with a rousing Concerto for Horn by Giovanni Cirri, featuring the amazing Claire McKenney on French horn!
Each event takes place indoors, in the climate-controlled comfort and beauty of Rome Art & Community Center.
Light refreshments and a chance to mingle with the musicians follow the concerts.
