DESCRIPTION:“Capturing Stillness” is a free\, open-call\, non-juried\, salon-style group art exhibition that brings together a diverse group of artists exploring the timeless genre of still life through contemporary perspectives. Each work transforms ordinary objects—fruit\, flowers\, vessels\, and found materials—into meditations on light\, texture\, and meaning. \nThe exhibition celebrates the art of observation\, in which the familiar becomes extraordinary through the artist’s gaze. Through painting\, photography\, sculpture\, and mixed media\, the participating artists invite viewers to pause and rediscover beauty in the overlooked details of daily life\, capturing the stillness that speaks volumes. \nExhibit Dates: January 8 – January 30
