Submissions will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis, with a maximum of <strong>4 pieces per artist<\/strong> to ensure a diverse representation of talent.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Artwork must be submitted electronically to <strong>executivedirector@romeart.org<\/strong> by <strong>Friday, February 7, 2025<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All files should be submitted in JPG format (max. size: 2.5MB per file) and labeled with the title and dimensions, including the frame (e.g., <em>Ghostlylandscape22x36.jpg<\/em>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All works must be ready for display upon delivery (e.g., wired for hanging, properly framed, clean, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Dates:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Submission Deadline<\/strong>: February 7, 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Artwork Drop-Off<\/strong>: February 24\u201328<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exhibition Dates<\/strong>: March 6\u201328, 2025<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Opening Reception<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Join us for the <strong>Opening Reception<\/strong> on <strong>Thursday, March 6, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM<\/strong>, at the Rome Art and Community Center.
