Water is both origin and mirror\u2014an element that sustains, transforms, and reflects the <\/span>world around it. \u201cOut of the H\u2082O\u201d<\/strong> brings together a diverse group of artists whose works explore the fluidity, power, and symbolism of water in its many forms. Through painting, sculpture, photography, and mixed media, the exhibition immerses viewers in the shifting relationships between humanity and this essential element. From tranquil reflections and cascading waves to the unseen depths of oceans and the fragility of melting ice, each piece reveals a unique dialogue with water\u2019s physical and emotional resonance. The exhibition invites contemplation of water as a source of life, a force of change, and a metaphor for renewal and loss. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cOut of the H\u2082O\u201d<\/strong> celebrates the beauty and complexity of this vital element, reminding all who enter of its enduring presence within and beyond the human experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cOut of the H\u2082O<\/strong>\u201d is a free, open-call, non-juried, salon-style group art exhibition.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. To be included in the exhibition, artwork MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY to <\/strong><\/span>executivedirector@romeart.org<\/a> by Friday, March 13, 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Due to a priority on diversity of artists, please limit artwork to 3 pieces.<\/span><\/p>\n

Please submit all work in JPG format, labeled with the title of the piece and dimensions, including the frame. For example: Ghostlylandscape22x36.jpg. Please reduce file sizes to a maximum of 2.5MB per photo.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

All works must be ready for hanging\/display at the time of delivery. (i.e., wired <\/span>adequately for hanging, clean, etc.) Wall art must be appropriately framed or be ready <\/span>for presentation if it is not already framed. Wires should not extend beyond the top of <\/span>the frame as they cannot be shown during the exhibition, no clip frames.<\/span><\/p>\n

Artwork must be delivered or mailed; late work will not be accepted. Work may be <\/span>offered during business hours the week of. Be prepared to provide information about <\/span>your work to complete a Loan Agreement at the time of delivery. The required i<\/span>nformation includes the artist\u2019s name, address, phone number, title, year, medium, <\/span>dimensions (including the frame), and price. Please use a removable sticker or a Post-it note to label your work on the front, so it will be easy for us to identify when hanging your labels. RACC will retain a 30% commission on artwork sold during the <\/span>exhibition. No work may be removed before the closing date of the exhibition.<\/span><\/p>\n
