The Rome Art and Community Center (RACC) is excited to announce a Call for Art for its upcoming group exhibition, “Along the Curve.” This free, open-call, non-juried, salon-style exhibition invites artists of all mediums to submit work exploring the theme of curves, circles, spirals, and spheres.
Artists are encouraged to creatively interpret the shape and symbolism of circles and curves in their work. Submissions will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis, with a maximum of 4 pieces per artist to ensure a diverse representation of talent.
- Artwork must be submitted electronically to executivedirector@romeart.org by Friday, February 7, 2025.
- All files should be submitted in JPG format (max. size: 2.5MB per file) and labeled with the title and dimensions, including the frame (e.g., Ghostlylandscape22x36.jpg).
- All works must be ready for display upon delivery (e.g., wired for hanging, properly framed, clean, etc.).
Key Dates:
- Submission Deadline: February 7, 2025
- Artwork Drop-Off: February 24–28
- Exhibition Dates: March 6–28, 2025
Opening Reception
Join us for the Opening Reception on Thursday, March 6, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at the Rome Art and Community Center. Celebrate the talented artists featured in the “Along the Curve” exhibition and enjoy an evening of art, community, and conversation.
